- AT YOUR HOME
We will bring a group of
friendly animals and do a hands-on presentation in your living room or
playroom.
All programs must be done
indoors.
Limit: 15 children (for 3 year
olds, parent participation requested)
Cost: $60.00 one year family
membership / $275.00
for program and up
depending upon distance from GNC
OPTION #2 - IN OUR PARTY ROOM
You have the use of the party
room for two hours - one hour for the program and one hour for the
party.
Limit: 15 children
(for 3 year olds, parent participation requested).

You have the use of this
larger room, when available, for two hours.

Additional children (up to 25)
can be accommodated for an extra $15 per child with advance notice.
Program Choices
for your Party at
the Center:
ANIMALS
(all year) for all ages - A
one hour hands-on presentation with a variety of animals. We have
snakes, ferrets, chinchillas and turtles, to name a few. (45
minutes for 3 year olds)
Also seasonal programs such as:
POND (spring) for age 8 and up -
Walk to our pond to catch & observe turtles, frogs and insects
that live there - then have a look at a few animals from our museum.
CIDERING (fall) for age 5 and
up. Use our authentic press to make and taste fresh apple
cider. Parent must provide 3-5 apples for each child attending.
WINTER BIRDS (winter) for age 6 and
up. Have fun with some live birds, make a pine cone and/or other
feeder and explore the great outdoors.
SCAVENGER HUNT (spring through fall)
for age 6 and up. Guests search the trails for some GNC nature
"treasures". Adults needed to supervise groups. Maps and
clues provided.
NOTE: In case of bad weather
an
animal or alternate program will be done.

- You may come in to
set
up 1/2 hour in advance.
- We will provide
and set
up tables and chairs.
- Clear decoration
plans
with GNC staff. NO NOISEMAKERS PLEASE!
- All food must be
prepared in advance, or may be delivered; no cooking. A
refrigerator/freezer is available for your convenience.
- Ample free parking.
- Children and
supplies
may be dropped off at the manor house, and party parents may park in
the employee area or loading zone.
- Parties must be
paid in
full to reserve a date. Your membership fee is
nonrefundable. 50% of party fees are refundable if cancellation
occurs at least 2 weeks before program. No refunds thereafter.
SOME FINAL
THOUGHTS....
- Please schedule well in
advance so you won't be disappointed.
- Weekends fill up more
quickly than weekdays.
- Weekday parties (Monday
through Thursday) are offered between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00
p.m. Saturday and Sunday parties are offered from 11:00 - 1:00
and 2:00 - 4:00.
Please visit our gift shop for
your invitations and party favors. Some items we carry are gift
bags,
animal masks, finger puppets, bug necklaces, and assorted animal mugs
at
discounted prices plus a free
GNC visit pass for each guest when you purchase our favors. Our
staff will have your favors ready on the day of your party.
