If your agency is not yet on the Internet:
We offer a TownLink Real Estate Site Package where YEP will create and manage a web site for you.

Basic Advertising Site $1,000
YEP services include:
A basic (5 page) web structure that meets the needs of your business and creates a design that reflects your image.

  • Each page can include 2 images (illustrations or photos). Additional images can be included for $50 each.
  • Our marketing department will suggest the best placement and marketing strategies to promote your business on the web.

What your web site might include:

  • Your home page which will present your agency, its services, location, contact information, etc.
  • A portfolio of properties: a list of your properties including key information and promotional descriptions. Each listing connects to to an individual property page.
  • Individual property pages: We will design a format for presenting individual properties. You may have as many individual property pages as you wish - $25 each. Each page would contain a full description and up to 2 photographs of the property.

Custom Web Site
Do you need less than 3 pages or more than 25? No problem! YEP’s design staff will develop a site that meets your specific needs. The cost of a custom site varies with the complexity of the project. Prices start at $200/page (includes 2 images).

Domain Name Registrations
A domain name (URL) is your site’s “address” on the Internet. Domain names are administered by Network Solutions, which charges $70 every other year.

We will work with you to find the best URL available for your business. Domain Registration &Set up fee: $50

Optional Services

  • Additional photos or illustrations $50/image

  • Logo design and illustration services: $75/hour

  • Photography: $75 service charge

  • Copywriting: $75/page

  • Site maintenance services (after the first hour): $75/hour

  • Forms: $100 each

  • Site guestbook: $75

  • Database search: $250 minimum

  • Counter on your home page: $75

Hosting Services
Yorktown Electronic Publishing is committed to providing reliable, reasonably priced web hosting services for our clients. Our server configuration comprises the best in hardware, software and technical support.

Basic monthly service
includes
30 MB storage and 1 GB transfer for only $20 per month! 

Premium monthly service
includes same as above plus 1 hour of
maintenance and 1 e-mail account $30 per month.

  • Additional e-mail accounts: $5 each per month

  • E-Commerce hosting: $50 per month* 

  • Monthly usage reports posted in a private directory on the web site: $10 per report 

  • Additional usage reports (e.g. weekly): $10 per run 

  • Service Package: $250 per month 

  • Database hostings must be evaluated and priced accordingly. Minimum charge is $20 per month. 

  • Password-protected site set-up fee: $50 

  • Additional user names for password-protected site: $50 

*Additional one-time setup charges and monthly transaction fees may apply
