We offer a TownLink Real Estate Site
Package where YEP will create and manage a web site for
you.

Basic Advertising Site

YEP services include:
A basic (5 page) web structure that meets the
needs of your business and creates a design that reflects your image.
- Each page can include 2 images
(illustrations or
photos). Additional images can be included
for $50 each.
- Our marketing department will suggest the best placement and marketing
strategies to promote your business on the web.
What your web
site might include:
- Your home
page which will present your agency, its services, location, contact information, etc.
- A portfolio of properties: a list
of your properties including key information and promotional
descriptions. Each listing connects to to an individual property
page.
- Individual property pages: We will
design a format for presenting individual properties. You may have as
many individual property pages as you wish - $25 each. Each page
would contain a full description and up to 2 photographs of the
property.
Custom Web Site
Do you need less than
3 pages or more than 25? No problem! YEPs design staff will develop a
site that meets your specific needs. The cost of a custom site varies with
the complexity of the project. Prices start at $200/page (includes 2
images).
Domain Name Registrations
A domain name (URL)
is your sites address on the Internet. Domain names are
administered by Network Solutions, which charges $70 every other
year.
We will work with you
to find the best URL available for your business. Domain Registration

30 MB storage and 1 GB transfer for only $20 per month!
Premium monthly
service includes same as above
plus 1 hour of
maintenance and 1 e-mail account $30 per month.
